Today was Reagan's last day of preschool :( I can hardly believe my "baby" will be in kindergarten next year. Lucky for me, she's a September 4th birthday which means she misses the cut off for Kindergarten so she will do two years. Next year will be "transitional kindergarten" the year after will be Kindergarten again. Anyhoo.....today her class had a park outing where they played, had snacks and got their "diplomas". Reagan had a great year, she learned a ton, maintained her confidence (confidence will hopefully never be an issue with this one), and still maintains a hunger for learning. We couldn't be more pleased. She is really progressing in her reading, we read early reader "Bob books" every night together.....well, actually she reads them to us. She LOVES when she reads an entire book by herself, she's so proud and so are we.
On the back of her diploma each teacher wrote what they love about Reagan.
"My favorite thing about Reagan is her big smile, and empathetic nature. Reagan is very sensitive to the needs and feelings of others!"
"My favorite thing about Reagan is her loving nature and willingness to include others in playtime! She has an infectious smile."
Aaaah, my heart is full, I'm so proud of the beautiful person she is.
