My apologies in neglecting this blog for a month now. We had a really busy July!! We have a few weeks w/o any plans in August and then we have our big trip to California and after that a trip to Portland for Kurt's marathon!
This last weekend we took Reagan on her first plane ride up to Spokane. It was only a 50 minute flight so it was a good starter! She did great on the plane, I think I was more worried than she was...as usual. We stayed w/ our friends Britt and Jeremy. It was great to catch up w/ them and see little man Pierce....SUCH a cutie. Reagan just adores him. She just stares at him whenever he's around, it's pretty fun to watch. Britt and Jeremy took us to a splash park by their house. The kids had so much fun. We didn't bring a swim suit for Reagan so she wore one of Pierces swim tops. I kept a bow in her hair so people would know she was a girl!! You can't take the "girlie" out of the girl I guess. Here are some pics from the splash park:

The reason we went to Spokane in the first place was to go to my dear friend Jen's wedding. She got married at a beautiful Catholic church on the Gonzaga campus. It was a beautiful day....nearly 100 degrees! Jen looked absolutely beautiful and is so very happy. It was such a happy event. Reagan hadn't met my friends Corie and Brooke so this was the opportunity. It was so great to be together with my closest college friends. We had a great time. Here are some pictures from the wedding. God I love these ladies....oh and gents too!

I almost forgot....Kurt's favorite part of the weekend was when we walked out of the church after the ceremony only to find there was a STAR WARS convention going on at Gonzaga!! Kurt said after the wedding that most times it's a sign of good luck if you have rain on your wedding day but in this case....Star Wars characters walking around outside the church? Doesn't get more lucky than that! Here are a couple pics:
